After spending ten years working and learning from the best trainers in the industry, we opened our doors to the public in 2002. In 2004, we purchased our own facility, giving our program the stability it needs to run a successful, long term business. While gaining new clients over the years, we are proud of the fact that we still train horses for our original clients. During the past six years, we have won 11 champion/reserve champion titles and had multiple finalists at 37 aged events, pushing our career earnings over $600,000. Through this time, we have preferred to keep a limited number of horses in our program, ensuring “quality control” in health care, training, and management. Our accomplishments show that this has worked well. We have made the finals at aged events 95% of the time. Our two main non pro clients, Joe Montana and Sandy Bonelli, have been at the top of their divisions while being part of our program. Sandy won back to back NCHA Non Pro Futurity championships on horses that we trained as two year olds. Joe made the finals at major aged events 80% of the time, winning four champion/reserve champion titles, as well as the Amateur of the Year title in 2004. Over the years we have noticed that there is an opportunity for us to create a new program. The knowledge and experience we have gained from the last 16 years of training and showing cutting horses of all ages is the foundation needed to develop an elite two year old program. This will be a unique program because of our understanding of the industry, limited numbers to ensure quality, and backing from the best trainers and owners in the business. We want to take this business to a new level and make sure our colts have access to all the tools and products they need. This will give them the opportunity to be champions of the future and give them the edge they need to stay at the top of their game. As well as quality training, our focus will be on health, conditioning, and overall appearance. Most importantly, we will focus on early preventative measures to ensure the horses stay sound and healthy through their show career. By combining all of these components, we will set our program apart from all others. Through the success of our horses, we can expose the importance of not only training, but care, management, and especially, early maintenance of these young athletes. |
